War Room
Squad up. Draft together. Win together.
War Room is the only game on the platform you cannot play alone. You create a squad, share an invite code with three or four friends, and the five of you sit down for a live snake draft of NFL teams — not players, whole teams.
Once the board is full, the individual drafts stop mattering. Every team any member took scores into one squad total, and that total is what faces the other squads. Your friend's bad third-round reach is now your problem too, which is exactly the point.
How it works
One member creates the war room, picks a squad size of 3, 4 or 5, and shares the invite code. When the squad is full the creator enters it into a contest, which charges each member their own entry fee, and starts the draft. The draft order is randomized and runs as a snake: five-member squads draft two teams each over two rounds, three-member squads draft three each over three. Every pick is on a clock the server owns — 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds, chosen by the creator — and if a clock runs out the highest-projected team left on the board is drafted for you automatically. Once all picks are in, every drafted team's weekly box score is scored on the team table and the squad's teams are summed into one number.

When it runs
Weekly during the NFL regular season and playoffs. Squads can be formed any time; each contest runs its own live draft before the week's first kickoff and settles once that week's games are final.
A five-member squad's Sunday
Your squad of five drafts ten teams across two snake rounds. You take a heavy favourite in round one and a bye-week dart in round two; your friend picking last in round one gets the turn and takes two teams back-to-back.
Sunday: one of your teams puts up 31 points on 420 yards with four touchdowns and a win, which alone is worth well over 60 points. Your bye-week team scores exactly zero, which is legal and entirely your fault.
The ten team scores add into one squad total. You finish third of twenty-four squads, every member is paid the same share, and the member whose teams contributed most gets the MVP badge on the results card.
What makes War Room different
- You draft NFL teams, not players — no snap counts, no target share, no salary cap.
- The live snake draft is a real event with a server-owned clock and auto-picks when it lapses.
- Squads persist week to week, so the same friends can re-enter without re-forming.
