TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rocket DFS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Rocket DFS, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Be located in a jurisdiction where daily fantasy sports are legal
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Have only one account per person

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Rocket DFS of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Contest Rules

All contests are subject to specific rules and regulations. By entering a contest, you agree to abide by these rules. Rocket DFS reserves the right to cancel or modify contests at any time.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed securely through our payment partners. Winnings are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to the verification described below.

Minimum deposit: $10. You may deposit any amount at or above this minimum.
Minimum withdrawal: $20.
Withdrawal method & timing: Self-serve withdrawals are not built yet: to request one, email info@rocket-dfs.com from the address on your account. We review each request by hand and return approved funds to the payment method you used to fund your account. We do not publish a settlement window for these requests, because the review is manual and we will not quote a timeline we cannot hold. We will update this page before that changes.
Fees: Rocket DFS does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee, and we do not pass payment-processing or card-network fees on to you as a separate charge.
Verification holds: "subject to verification" means that we review each withdrawal request, and screen it for fraud, before approving it. A withdrawal is held only until that review completes — if we need additional information we will contact you. Rocket DFS does not run an identity check (KYC) today — we have not asked you for an ID document, a Social Security Number, or a selfie. Identity verification is a licensing requirement for real-money play in most states, so we will have to put it in place before automatic withdrawals open; it is not built yet, and we will update these Terms before anything about your account changes.

6. Responsible Gaming

Rocket DFS is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools such as deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you have concerns about problem gambling, please visit ncpgambling.org or call 1-800-522-4700.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use automated systems or bots
Collude with other users
Exploit bugs or glitches
Use multiple accounts
Engage in any form of fraud or manipulation

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Rocket DFS, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Rocket DFS and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rocket DFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

Rocket DFS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
