1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email, date of birth)
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party processors)
• Contest entries and gameplay data
• Communications with our support team
• Usage data and analytics

2. Identity Verification & Tax Information

Rocket DFS does not currently collect government-issued identification or tax-identification data. We have not asked you for a Social Security Number, a taxpayer identification number, an ID document or a selfie, and we do not hold any of them. Identity verification and tax reporting are regulated data classes, so this section sets out what would be collected if and when we introduce them, and how it would be handled — we will update this policy and tell you before any of it starts.

• What we hold today: your name, email address, date of birth and self-declared state of residence, all of which you enter yourself. Your date of birth and state are what we use to apply the age and jurisdiction rules for real-money play. Nothing on this list is checked against an identity document.
• What identity verification would collect: a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport), your Social Security Number or other taxpayer identification number (US residents), proof of address where required, and — for large withdrawals — selfie verification.
• Why it would be collected: to verify your identity and age (Know Your Customer / KYC) and to satisfy state licensing requirements, which apply to real-money play. A taxpayer identification number would only be requested if a tax-reporting obligation applied to your account, and we would tell you why before asking.
• How it would be stored and who would hold it: identity and tax documents would be encrypted in transit and at rest and handled by our KYC and payment-processing partners under contract. We would not sell this data, and would share it only with those processors and with tax or regulatory authorities where the law requires.
• How long it would be kept: tax and identity records are subject to federal and state record-keeping and tax law, so any we collected would be retained for the period that law requires (generally at least the IRS-mandated retention window), even after account closure, then deleted.
• Your rights: you may request access to any identity and tax data we hold about you — today the answer is that we hold none. Where retention of such data is legally mandated, your right to delete it is limited while that obligation applies; once it lapses, the data is deleted under our standard retention process (see "Data Retention" below).

3. How We Use Your Information

Rocket DFS is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
